Unlike typical DIY packages where you’re left to handle everything yourself, our Dry Hire package includes both supplier recommendation support and on-the-day coordination as standard, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Dry Hire Wedding Venue

Bradgate Manor Dry Hire Weddings

Up to 120 guests
 

Our dry hire package is perfect if you're looking for a blank canvas to design your own dream wedding day. 

 

Dry Hire includes the use of the grounds only, and access to the inside of the property is not included. You'll need to arrange your own marquee to host your event, but don't worry,

we’re here to connect you with the best local suppliers.

 

Price: £3,500

Includes:

  • 5 x full days of exclusive access to Bradgate Manor Grounds
    (Day 1 and Day 5 for marquee company access)

  • Insurance liability  for up to 120 guests

  • ​Electricity (many venues require you to hire a generator at extra cost)

  • Secluded, private location offering you a personal, private setting

  • ​Fairy lights up the driveway for a magical look in the evening

  • Wonderful photo opportunities (also at nearby Netley Abbey, by prior arrangement)

  • Pristine private grounds which are maintained regularly, especially for your event

  • Guest Car Parking, Overnight Parking  & Car Parking Assistants

  • Award-Winning Clink & Drink Mobile Bar Service included (T&Cs apply)


Plus:

  • Recommended local supplier list 

  • Professional on the Day Coordinator (10 hours)

    • A dedicated coordinator who knows Bradgate Manor inside and out.

    • A final meeting 2 weeks before your wedding to confirm all the timings, details and make sure everything is just as you want it.

    • Coordination with all your booked suppliers to keep everything on track following our final details meeting and to be the main point of contact for suppliers the day. 

    • Welcome suppliers on the day for set-up and drop-offs, so you and your family don’t have to worry about a thing.

    • Overseeing the finishing touches at the venue, from table plans to decorations.

    • Ongoing support throughout the day and evening.
